Single Family Homes
Our portfolio includes the highest quality single family homes on the investment market. We search for properties in the $40,000 to $200,000 range and purchase them in the distressed sales market for 40% or more below their appraised value.
These single family homes must meet TMHI's criteria for being priced under market value, needing minimal repair or renovation, and able to be rented for investment income while waiting the rebound of the United States housing market.
Multi Family Homes
The downturn in the U.S. housing market has left scores of townhouses, duplexes, and multi-family homes sitting on the market. These multi-family residences can be purchased for a fraction of the price they could sell for just one year ago.
We locate and research these distress–sale homes and invest to maximize profits. We buy low and perform any necessary upgrades and renovations, and rent for a positive cash flow. After a period of two years at the minimum, and five years at the maximum, these multi-family homes will be sold at a significant profit.
Condominiums
Florida offers condominiums by the hundreds of thousands and the condo market has been one of the hardest hit areas in the real estate downturn. Because the state draws so many retired Americans, condominiums have traditionally been good investments.
